For further details or help with your selection, update on the progress of a current order or any general enquiry you might have you can either email, phone or fax us. we are here to help - Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 4pm. 0191 216 0255

Ordering and Payment
You can order your bottle(s) via the website or on the telephone. Once you have placed your order Payment is required immediately as all goods are made strictly to order. All goods must be paid for in full before being produced by us.
All goods are dispatched via carrier for speed of delivery. All prices quoted are in GB pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT (currently 20%) and carriage.

Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any import duties or tax that might be levied in their own country.

Bottles will be dispatched in 5-7 days (Monday to Friday only except Bank Holidays) from receipt of order dependent on quantity, or sooner if agreed by us and confirmed to you by email.

Corporate Orders:
In relation to corporate bottles you will be sent final artwork and complete order details to "sign off"your order together with a proforma invoice. Once you have agreed to the details of your order then paymentin full is required before we can begin processing your order.

Returns Policy
Our main priority is to have satisfied customers and we pride ourselves on making a quality product. We aim to deal with any problems or queries quickly and efficiently. All bottles are made to order and all wine, design and colour details are considered as "approved" by you on placement of your order on the website. After this point we are unable to give refunds
or accept cancellation of orders. We would ask that all information given to us is checked for accuracy as a charge may be made for any amendments made after the order is placed. Our bottles are very carefully packed prior to dispatch and we do not expect that any damage should ordinarily occur during transit, however should you receive your bottle(s) and they appear to be damaged you must inform us within 3 days of that delivery and we will
ensure that your goods are replaced as soon as possible.

In placing your order with Abstract Bottle Company you are agreeing that the designs and bottles we produce can be used in any advertising or marketing
media by AbstractrBottle Company. This is without limit.

We cannot take any responsibility for any damage to persons or property during the opening of the bottles or the consuming of the contents.
